By downloading, installing, or using the PDF Toolkit mobile application ("the App") provided by DiggietaTech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
PDF Toolkit is a utility application that allows users to perform various operations on PDF files, including but not limited to merging, splitting, and compressing. All processing is performed locally on the user's device.
You are responsible for the content of the PDF files you process using the App. PDF Toolkit does not have access to your files and cannot be held responsible for any data loss or corruption that may occur during processing. We strongly recommend keeping backups of your original documents.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DiggietaTech. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of DiggietaTech.
In no event shall DiggietaTech be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
